It's dark and cold when parrot expert Bianca drives to the parks in Stuttgart. You can quietly hear the crackling as the yellow-headed amazons nibble the ornamental apple seeds from the branches. We accompany the photographer for a day and experience her unusual passion and a bird species that could not be more atypical for the German climate.
